How can I transfer my existing data from another software or excel file?
Just email us your file (in CSV, Excel, MS Access or any other electronic format) at hello@lybrate.com and we'll import all of your existing data. Once the data is imported, your email will be automatically deleted from our email account.
Do I have to pay any taxes over and above this amount?
These charges are all inclusive of everything except service tax. Apart from service tax, you do not have to pay anything over and above the subscription amount.
What if I open another clinic? Can I change my plan later on?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. The change will take effect immediately after you have paid the difference in case of an upgrade. In case of a downgrade, the change will come into effect from the next monthly billing cycle.
What if I don't want to pay after my free trial?
We are confident that you would want to continue to use Lybrate Cube. If for some reason you don't want to pay, you can still continue to use your Lybrate account but certain premium features such as SMS, Expense Management won't work.
What is your refunds policy?
We do not offer refunds for subscription once taken. Your subscription shall continue for the period for which you have paid.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you no longer wish to use Lybrate, you can cancel your subscription at any time. At that point, your subscription will last until the end of the current paid cycle.
What about my data? How do I get it back?
You can write to hello@lybrate.com mentioning your full name and phone number as per our records. We shall send you an excel file with your data at your email address registered with us.
