How do I enable Smart Patient Access for my Lybrate account?
Next time you login to your Lybrate account, we'll prompt you to enable Smart Patient Access for your account. Alternatively, you can also enable by clicking on Patients on top of the page after logging in and click Save under Smart Patient Access on left hand side of the page.
How do I disable Smart Patient Access for few of my patients?
You can go to Patient Details page and click More > Edit Patient and uncheck the option of Smart Patient Access to disable this for a particular patient.
How much will Smart Patient Access cost for my practice?
Doctors who sign up for Smart Patient Access before Sep 30 will have this FREE for Life!
Does this mean can anyone see patient's data?
No, patient can only see their own data only. Patients can use their mobile number to access Lybrate mobile app on their smartphone to access their own data.
Can Patients share their medical records with me?
Absolutely! Patients can simply snap a photo of their prescription, lab report or some other document and easily share with you.
